Documentation - Proof of Citizenship - It is the customer responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your travel documents, including the date and time, spelling of the names, and date of birth. Please check all reservation details. Should you notice an error of any kind, notify your Advisor/Agent immediately. All passengers traveling or sailing to/from the United States must provide immigration information prior to the trip. We recommend traveling with a valid Passport. All documentation including valid Passports, Birth Certificates, Visas, et al. are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Know the Covid-19 protocol for your Supplier and your trip, Any questions ask your Advisor/Agent by email. Valid documentation, Covid-19 requirements, and proof of citizenship is required for boarding.

Cancellation Guidelines -

If one or more people cancel a reservation, the rate for remaining occupants may increase.

There may be cancellation fees by the Supplier and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC.

The cancellation fee for Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC is an administrative fee of $35.00

per person. Some suppliers may provide a future travel credit in lieu of a penalty or fee.

All cancellations must be received in written form by email to your Travel Agent.

The supplier may cancel your travel should final payment not be received by the due date. You may protect yourself against cancellation for a covered reason when you purchase a Travel Protection Insurance Policy(recommended). The penalties and restrictions for cancellations or changes vary by supplier, if you have questions about penalties/restrictions, please ask your agent. Client initiated rescheduling will have a $70.00 administrative fee per reservation by Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC.
